A Day in the Life

Today we had a yard sale, I am still poor, haha.
I never have great luck, but we sold a few things and the rest of the unwanted items, went to the salvation, which I believe is a good cause to donate to.

Izzy finally made an escape with everyone going in and out, so she was off galavanting in the bushes and Dora did what she does best... Sleep and Dream. I wonder what visions were dancing through her head?

While we did the yard sale, my daughter in law, Ivy, worked in the garden. She wanted to try some more pumpkins, so she found a spot in the back of the garden. I am not sure if it is too late, we shall find out.

Glad you got rid of some things - yard sales are so hit and miss - and yes tons of work! This year I have donated so much stuff just didn't have it in me to do the yard sale thing! I'm thinking it may be too late for pumpkins this year but hey it's worth a try! Glad you had a good day for your sale

Dora has some great pose going on!!! Looks very happy and content. Beautiful DIL you have... enough water and sun should get you some decent sized pumpkins by Halloween... mebbe...

You can always help to fertilize the pumpkin flowers, in hopes of getting a pumpkin by fall. I haven't had much success w/pumpkins. Maybe a couple small ones from a total of 3 plants.

Now I usually do pretty good when I have a garage sale. They are a lot of work though are they not!
