I thought I would post today, since I did finish something and I will be out and about this week, so I will be boring you with more bird and scenery photos, lol. I think that I will have to start new traditions next year, two Christmases is getting too much and today I was worn out.
The good thing was, I got things done around the house so we could get out for a ride tomorrow and I finished a piece, for next Christmas. It is a free design offered by Grandma's Trunk and you can get it on her website.
I was trying to do a gray shade at the bottom and realized it was green, so I rubbed and erased it, as much as possible. I may add some star buttons in the sky, but I need to get the right size.
Christmas Eve was our night, the boys got some presents and we had a nice dinner. As usual the boys were hamming it up, Alex loves his new Bean, look a like.
And Christmas was at their house. The boys got more presents and Nick had to show me how good he is, walking on stilts from Santa. I got Alex a robot that follows lines, made by a marker. He did not get that you cannot draw tons of scribbles, the poor robot was confused on where to go.
I hope everyone had a nice Christmas, whether with family or a quiet day at home.

The boys are getting so big! How nice that you were able to spend Christmas together . We're in lockdown here and supposed to be staying home although lots of folks didn't follow the public health orders.
Those are some happy guys! Merry Christmas!
Looks like a fun and joyful Christmas at your house. My grandsons would love those stilts so that's a good idea for next year. We usually have a party on Christmas Eve with lots of food and family, and then we make breakfast in the morning after presents are opened at their houses. This year was much more quiet and we only cooked breakfast. It really is getting too much for us to do both. Love the snowman!
Sweet finish and great pics of the boys.
Christmas is so much fun when there are still believers!
Love your snowmn and the pictures of the children.
You have to be the very first person around who has a jump start on next year's Christmas LOL...cute snow fella! I thought the Bean "look-alike" was real at first....it looked as though he was giving kisses. ;-) No Christmas here. So very sad. Unfortunately, it was not COVID related. But, I remember the days when we did the whole nine yards...and I would be wiped out for days. THAT I don't miss. ~Robin~
Such a cheery snowman! I thought Doppelganger Bean was a real dog!
Nice to see these cheery pictures. Christmas here was just another day. Didn't bother with a tree or decorations this year as I would be the only one to see them. Now New Years will be just another day as well. A bit of traditional "cleaning" but I am the only one to see it. Maybe a bit of quilting once I get all my scraps sorted. Love that Bean look-alike.
