Well, today I started to use my old kenmore and the bobbin thread ran out.
How to wind the thread with no manual, no idea, lol.
Then I noticed on the top there was a diagram and it looked easy, but it seems the bobbin pin is missing the lever, no idea where that went. So, I cannot sew with it unless I buy a bobbin winder and they cost as much as a cheap machine;) I will have to check with my dealer to see when my machine will be done and maybe I can go in and wind some bobbins in the store. It is frustrating since I have one piece to finish and almost done with my hippie piece and need a machine to add the borders.
So, for tonight, here is a photo by a follower who made my free easter piece. She did a beautiful job on the piece and love how she displayed it.

ohhhh, you poor thing! No bobbin! Well, here's hoping your machine gets done real fast!
Sorry your machine is in for repairs...hope you get it back soon.
Such a nice finish to the cross stitch.
Maybe you'll get some kind of a deal. How frustrating!
That is why I hate to sew with a machine it is always something.
such a cute piece.

I wish I could send you my old machine. It winds a bobbin...but not much else! ;-)
Hope you get your bobbins wound soon and get back to the projects!

I don't sew but I bought a sewing machine last year - mainly for sewing an edge around my rug burlap etc. Last week the bobbin ran out. I tried and tried and couldn't remember how to fill the darn thing. I walked away in disgust and tried again a couple days later and did it first try.
Good luck
CUTE!
I hope you get your machine back soon. It can be frustrating to have broken equiptment.
I don't know what I'd do without my machine. I hope you come up with a solution soon. That little pinkeep/pillow is adorable. It's such a cute design.
