Today was definitely a snow day, woke up to snow and it didn't end till after dinner, so we got quite a bit.
That and the wind, made for some high drifts and the fact that I could not stand outside to get shots without getting snow blown.
It doesn't look high, except for the fact that the fence is 8 feet high.
In the front, my poor lilac bush couldn't handle the weight of the wet snow.
And here is a sneak peak of my new project, lol. Today I finished sewing on some new things and embellishing some parts.

Ummm, I'm still so curious. I know I'm loving every inch of what I've seen so far!!
It sure was a SNOW DAY deb! Stay warm and safe!
Hugs,
Lynn
A snow day is a good day to sew! Looks like you are moving right along with your project. Stay warm!
Had a snow day here too . . . another foot! Poor lilac bush. The landscaping has been taking a beating this year. Speakin' of plants, your project seems to be a garden of sorts . . . the Garden of Eden maybe?
Oh, boy you did get a lot of snow. We got an inch from the same storm. It will probably be all melted this weekend.
Interesting sneak peek.
Oh my! I will not complain about snow after seeing yours. I do hate it when it breaks branches like your lilac bush. We are seeing quite a bit of that on our small trees and bushes too. There will be lots of trimming to do in spring.
Interesting hint. Cant wait to see the whole thing.
Snow day....stitching day.........goes together well. LOL
