First I want to say, I hope all of you in the storm's path are safe and stay safe, clean up is where a lot of accidents happen. I am posting early, just in case our power goes out. We are at the end of the storm, but it only takes one power line to hit the whole area.
Another thing I was wanting to ask, are any of you having a hard time posting in the comment section. I cannot comment on a lot of posts, unless they have a security button, so I do read the blogs and keep up, but cannot comment.
So, what I am wondering, for you that have a problem, what computer are you using and what browser. Trying to find a common denominator and hopefully we can fix the problem. I am on a Mac book pro with safari.
This week I have been dragging, camping and the boys wore me out, lol. I decided to do some simple stitcheries from Kathy Schmitz's monthly club. I reduced the designs and some of the stitches and made a little sachet and Christmas ornament. I have two more to do, but I got distracted this week.
My distraction is a new design, I got inspired finally! A fun new design for Halloween with a nautical theme.
So, now for the giveaway. Please leave a comment if you can, if not, email me with the answers to my question and I will put the names from the comments and emails into a drawing. The winner will get a copy of my new design, which is a Pdf file, so open to everyone. I will pick a name next Friday and announce the winner, that night.
I am on an apple I pad with google.
ReplyDeleteI am headed to star Island on monday I do think it should be long gone by then.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could be as productive as you are.
Cathy
I am using an iPad with google and I can see the comments. Cute little stitcheries.
ReplyDeleteI’m on an iPhone and use Safari. Your design is super cute.

I’m on my iPad and sometimes I can answer without a problem a nd then on some blogs I can’t comment at all. I love your little stitcheries, if that’s even a word. LOL. Hugs,
ReplyDeleteI'm on a Dell laptop using Chrome as my browswer.
ReplyDeleteI have a MacBook Air and a Google account. So far I can post a comment to you but some say they can't post on my blog. Sometimes when I post comments, I get a message that the comment was blocked, but when I return to view that blog, my comment is there. That involves a number of blogs I have been following for many years. It seems just bout the time I get things sorted out, Mr. Google goes and changes everything and I have to start all over.

I am on an iPad with Google and haven’t had any problems. A while back there were problems with blogger, but that seems to have been fixed now.
ReplyDeletethe only issues I've had is last summer(?) google changed something and the name/url option disappeared from many google blogs. at home it's not a problem, but at work reading on breaks and lunch, I'm not going to use my personal account. At work, a Dell PC, windows 7 and now windows 10, and using chrome. at home, using iMac, OSX 10.6.8 (yes way outdated :-( ) and chrome.
ReplyDeletealso, even after following instructions to fix, I'm still told I'm a no-reply commenter.
Oh what beautiful stitchery. I don't think it has to do with your browser and computer - probably has to do with the settings of the blog, or more likely the way your blogger account is setup. I recommend taking out your email address and adding it back in.
ReplyDeleteI disappeared there for a bit...but I have some very good reasons LOL... Trying to gain back some semblance of control over this thing called my life. I haven’t had problems commenting...I usually use and IPad or my (very old) Dell pc (the latter because I really prefer that when doing blog posts)...but in either case I work off Chrome. And shut the front door....a Halloween design with a nautical twist.... I was just wondering if there WAS such a thing! You have me intrigued beyond belief. We recently purchased a home on a lake... I am struggling as I could never NOT do Halloween....but decor-wise, it’s different on a lake LOL. Have missed you.... ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteiPad and no problem posting a comment.
ReplyDeleteI am having issues ever since I got a new iPad. If I try to leave a comment, it must have me as Rugs and Pugs to comment. Most of the time it comes up just as Google account with no option to change to Rugs and Pugs, and then I cannot comment. Now I need to comment most of the time on my desktop which is not a Mac. So very frustrating!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I have had issues posting and reading on blogger all year. I don’t really know what to do anymore
