Funny faces

Today was what I call a down day. My rheumatism makes me stiff and tired some days so I just do whatever I feel like and relax. I worked a lot on my new rug. It will be a cat and dog antique reproduction. Since it is getting cold, I still use my old office and power book to go online and threw whatever was left in here. I call it my crash pad and put an old mattress on the floor, so i can sit and draw or relax when I want. It seems I have lost it to my two babies, they love having it on the floor and it is so comfy. The dog likes the piles of wool I need to shelf. His expressions can be scary looking, that is his yawn face. Dora woke up and gave me that look, what is he doing here. She seems to know exactly when to close her eyes when the flash is on;)

  1. Debbie, I love how the animals have taken over your mattress on the floor! And Dora is so cute! I love the way cats always seem to close their eyes just when you try to take their picture.

So you have two rooms, huh? A hooking AND a sewing room? Phhhbbbbtttt! At least I hate to sew so my sewing machine takes up a corner of the computer room in the basement. And until we can put a 37 inch TV in the spare/guest room, I'm staying in the living room!!!

  2. JoJo,
I only have one tv, too. So, that is where I do all my hand work. It is nice though to have the majority of things where I can find them, but I still make messes in the rest of the house;)

  7. Marilyn,
I am in RI, so it takes about 45 minutes to get up there. It is a nice drive though and spending a few hours at Donna's makes it a nice day.
