Heartfelt Thanks!

I am touched by all of the wonderful comments and outpouring of your loving thoughts. I truly appreciate each and every one and it warms my heart to know that I have the support and understanding of so many friends.

Today I worked on my wool quilt. I have sewed most of the blocks, just an edge left to do on one piece and one block of pennies. I plan on doing a little extra embellishing and stitchery on some of the pieces, then I will sew on the back and maybe a black binding.

Moki never sits with me or on the couch, but today, he tried getting onto my chair or actually the quilt. He did not care if it still had pins in it, it is wool and kitties love wool. When I laid it on the couch to take a break, he was there within seconds. Now he is on it again, sleeping soundly and comfy without the pins.

Aww, how sweet. I think Moki is giving you some loving attention and support, because he knows you're sad. Your beautiful wool quilt is just a bonus for him :) Will you be letting Moki keep it?

Having been away from the computer for a few days, I just learned today about you losing Casey. My heart hurts for you but if he is now without any pain, we both are happy for him.

Moki understands your heartache which is why he is staying so close to you. After all, Casey was his friend as well. And remember, everything looks a little better with a few cat hairs on them, or so my last cat, Trouble, tried to convince me.

Hugs,
trisha

Ah, Debbie... Words can never be enough to say how sorry we are... Nothing makes up for it. NO RAINBOW BRIDGE that's for sure. But seeing Moki, well, what would have happened to him...
We always say, we have room for another to live the life they were meant to live. Completely spoiled if we have anything to do with it.
Your going to miss that paw... at least Casey had a charmed life, now passed on to Moki....
Lots and lots of love X X X

Moki is so cute. Our cat Willy was totally unfriendly for years and then one day he just decided to be friendly. From then on he was always on your lap etc. So strange but really nice.

I have only the fondest memories of him.
